Slow Day But....

So its a slow day today. On the plus side, I finished my first playthrough of "Boarderlands" today. It was an ok ending but the ending credits song, "No Heaven" by DJ Champion is a hit with my ears. If you can pick this up, highly recommend it. It has a great beat and made me want to start my next playthough. Great fun!

On the down side, My dear darling wife forgot that she had the Thang-Thang (Read: Blizzard Authenicator) on her when she left for my son's Boyscout's hike. So no starcraft until she gets home (Read: eternity). Oh well more research. I am still sticking with a variation of the 4 gate that leaves me a bit more vulnerable to early rush but gets the warp gate technology up quicker by saving chrono boosts for the research. I will post a complete build order in a bit, you know, when I can get back on. . .

Epic Beginnings

Hello all, my name is Ian or better know to my friends as The Noob. Why you may ask is he referred to as that? Well, quite simply, I am horrible at most of the games that my friends play. I love to play but I am in fact awful. So I have decided to better my self through research and practice and thought that I would try to help my fellow Noobs at the same time by posting what I am working on and what I find useful. Also this will be a place (Once I get forums) for others to share what they need to work on and what their experiences are all in the effort to be better players. My first project is Starcraft 2. At the time of this post, I am 75th in Bronze league (Bleh) and have recently suffered a string of losses. It sux and I am trying to find a good strategy for the race i have chosen to use first: Protoss. I think I want to start with what is commonly referred to as “4 gate” but we’ll see. Well that’s it for now, I just wanted to intro this and more to come!
